I have a track record of buying heels that end up being too uncomfortable to actually wear. After too many instances of tripping on my overflowing collection of unworn stilettos, I decided not to buy any more heels unless I was sure I could walk in them without fear of snapping my ankle in two (well, sort of). I’d been hearing myths of a shoe whisperer called Sam Edelman who’s heels were supposedly comfortable and irresistibly beautiful at the same time, so I decided it was time for me to investigate. As soon as I saw the impeccably designed Franklins, I knew I was bringing home a pair, the heart wants what it wants. Okay, so I took a leap of faith without being 100% sure that they were totally comfortable but I’m very happy to report that Franklin and I are very happy together!
