EOS

So a little bit about me: I love historical fiction novels, brunch is my favourite meal of the day, and I’m an EOS fiend. You see, I’m obsessed with soft lips, and there was once a time when I would go through pots of Vaseline each month until I was informed that it’s actually quite bad for your lips on account of it being petroleum jelly. But instead of this earth shattering truth ruining my life, it led me to something even better. Ever since I started using EOS, my lips have never been softer, and the flavours are all fantastic too.

As an already devoted EOS fan, I was thrilled when I received a package from them, it was like Christmas in September. Although I’d tried their lip balms before, I had no idea they carried hand lotion or shaving cream. As you’d expect, both the products left my skin feeling soft and smooth (no surprise there, EOS does stand for Evolution of Smooth). I have extremely dry skin, so I was really impressed with the hand lotion that really nourished my skin and left it smelling great. I received three lip balms – coconut milk, vanilla mint, and mint, the former two being new to their line. My personal favourite was the vanilla mint, it reminded me of my youth when I would use (and secretly eat) LipSmackers.

If you are a human being with a soul and any consideration for your skin/lips, I’m sure you’ve already heard of EOS. In the event that you’ve yet to try this product, take a long hard look at yourself in the mirror and make your way to your nearest drug store. Of all the beauty products I’ve used, this is an essential, and you won’t find me without one in my bag/by my bedside table.

I used to apply vaseline to my lips too, I have the driest lips ever. Now I use Avène Cold Cream, but thanks for the tip!

I used Vaseline all throughout my life, I was pretty devastated when I found out how bad it is for you, but thankfully I discovered EOS shortly after 🙂 xo

Glad you like the pictures, Ela. The line is really great, my lips get so chapped in the winter that it’s a life saver! xo

The Lavender eos Shaving Cream is my absolute favorite! It smells so good! I actually also really like the Vanilla one. So inexpensive!
