Suede

2015 has been the year of the 70s. From suede to flares to Miley Cyrus’s nudist hippie ways, it has pervaded our zeitgeist in every way possible. While I was early to hop on board the fringe and flare trends, I was a little more cautious with suede. Why? Because it seems like every person under the sun owns a suede jacket/skirt/underwear and I just didn’t want to jump on the bandwagon. However, when I saw this dress at Zara, I had to succumb. I fell in love with the burnt orange hue and the 60s mod fit. I consider it the perfect balance between the 60s and the 70s. How do you feel about suede? Share your thoughts!

Thanks Violette! Unfortunately, it’s no longer warm in Toronto either, I’m stuck wearing my winter jacket already 🙁 xo

Can we just take a minute to applaud this color combo — so genius! And when I saw this hat photo on Insta the other day, I was like, this girl is my hat spirit animal if that even makes sense, lol. You look fantastic!
