Last weekend, I become a proud mama to the most beautiful bag I ever did see. Let me start from the very beginning. I’ve had my eye on the Mansur Gavriel bucket ever since it first came out. But unfortunately, everyone under the sun clearly felt the same back on account of the 6 month long wait list for it. Now I’m not one for wait lists, especially when I was told that the one at Holt Renfrew went all the way until April. If I’d put my name down on it, I probably would have been over the bag by then anyway. So I went about my business until last Sunday, I went to Holt Renfrew to find a Sophie Hulme bucket bag I really liked. It was then that the miracle occurred. The sales lady who was helping me told me she had one black bucket bag from Mansur Gavriel because one of her clients hadn’t picked it up. I snatched it up then and there, and the rest is history. Of course, I wasted absolutely no time in photographing it, and it has not left my sight since.
