My Favourite Books

My Favourite Books

I will credit my love of books to my parents and my best friend, who have, throughout my life, inspired me to always have a book on my bedside table. I first fell in love with books when my fourth grade teacher introduced me to Harry Potter. And believe me, I’ve looked back. I look to books for inspiration, entertainment, and knowledge.

Since I constantly share my latest read on Instagram stories, a lot of you have asked me to recommend my favourites. Honestly speaking, narrowing down my favourites to just a handful was quite a challenge! However, after giving it much thought, I listed down my top 15 choices, all of which are available on Amazon. There are a number of genres included (including coffee table books), so hopefully there is something for everyone!

1.Β Lean In

2. Grace: A Memoir

3. My Paris Dream

4. The Rosie Project

5. The Night Circus

6. People of the Book

7. The Bastard of Istanbul

8. Love x Style x Life

9. The Coveteur

10. The Goldfinch

11. Homegoing

12. The Help

13. Outliers

14. My Not So Perfect Life

15. The Secret

HOWEVER..this is one that I always go back to. Just for quick affirmation, a chuckle and a reminder to never take life too seriously because there is always something ‘awesome’ to enjoy: The Book Of Awesome. Highly recommended

The only one I’ve read in this list is the Rosie Project! I absolutely loved that book, it warmed my heart. It’s so refreshing to see a beauty and fashion blogger talking about the importance of reading!

    Love your blog xx
