The Trend: Checked Blazer

With fall fast approaching, I’ve been making small edits to my wardrobe. One such edit is the addition of blazers. I’ve always been a fan of blazers, they’re completely seasonless. But as I began to shop for the cooler months, one of the blazer trends I couldn’t resist was the checked blazer. I love the sophisticated, vintage look of it; dare I even call it grandpa-chic?

If you want hit two trends at once, pick a blazer with strong shoulders. Think grandpa on a night out in the ’80s. And you can even go as far as buying matching pants (which I did). But if not, a checked blazer with anything gives it an instant touch of cool.
