Before the weather took a hideous turn for the worse, I was enjoying the transition between summer and fall by wearing impractical sweaters without being oppressed by a coat. But alas, it seems that winter is upon us early, and that I’ll have to be going coat shopping earlier than expected.
On to more personal matters – I know I’ve been inconsistent with my posts as of late, and that’s because I recently started working. I’m so excited to tell you guys that I’m now part of the web team for ELLE Canada! Aside from the fact that this is probably the best thing to happen to me in terms of my career, I’m really struggling to balance life and work. It’s been so difficult to regulate my Instagram posts and find time to shoot when I’m working an average of 9-10 hours a day. Not to mention, meal planning is a disaster. I’ve not had time to cook, which means I’ve been eating out nearly everyday, leaving me feeling bloated and disgusting. I have a newfound respect for people who manage their blog while working full time so flawlessly. If you have any tips, I’d love to hear them.
