Taken on my very first day in Bangkok, I was gleeful to be able to trade in my sweater for a lightweight dress. Since I found out so last minute about my trip to Bangkok, it was basically a mad-dash to find dresses right before leaving which proved a challenge considering most places were only carrying cold weather essentials. I was so happy to have found this simple black dress from Topshop that was fit for the summer, yet stayed true to my minimal aesthetic. I was also hoping to do some shopping in Bangkok, but quickly discovered that Thai fashion is the furthest possible thing from minimalism. I’d never wished for Aritzia or Oak & Fort more!

    I completely understand what you said! Clothes in Thailand are ridiculously cheap but they are SO colourful, it is a little overwhelming I would say! LBD IS TIMELESS! 😉
