I think I speak for everyone when I say the best part about summer is patios. After spending the colder months indoors, there’s nothing better than basking in the warmth with the knowledge that we can finally wear cutoffs without risking our health. As you guys already know, a goal of mine this year has been to make my home more ‘adult’. Since I’ve tackled my living room, the next thing on my list is my patio. Well, balcony because I live in a condo, but you get the idea.

Earlier this month, I was invited to Canadian Tire’s CANVAS House to preview their patio collection. I was also able to invite a few friends to get a little taste of summer. As soon as I walked in, I already knew the pieces I absolutely needed to create my own summer haven. Not only was the furniture perfect, but the accessories were to die for. My friends arrived, and we spent the evening laughing, exploring the collection, and stuffing our faces with food. Canadian Tire had organized a fabulous caterer and even a planter workshop for us to enjoy.

The great thing about the CANVAS collection is the range of pieces it offers. Whether you’re looking to furnish a huge backyard or a downtown condo balcony, there’s something there. You can find the look book here.

    OH I LOVE THIS!!! You’re right, there is nothing as perfect as an outdoor space during the warm-weather months. And with so many cute pieces, decorating the outdoors is just as much fun as actually being in it!!!

    Oooh how dreamy! I’m still looking for a place and can’t wait to decorate it. Though I’ve been more focused on the interiors than the happenings on the outside, but an outdoor section is a must too!
