3 Things You Need To Optimize Your Time On-The-Go

If you’re anything like me, you’re into being efficient, which means capitalizing on time. And one of the best ways to really optimize your time is when you’re on the go. I work for myself, so there’s days where I have to go to 4 different places, which means staying out for a prolonged period of time and/or lots of walking. There’s a few things I like to do to make the most of my work day – which includes the time I spend going from place to place – so that when I come home, I can totally chill. These are 3 really easy ways to optimize your time when you’re on the go:

Jabra Elite 75T Wireless Headphones from Best Buy

I’m probably the last person on the planet to get wireless headphones, but this is a serious game changer. I no longer have to frantically detangle my headphone wires from my charging wire from my hard drive… you get the idea. I have a pair from Jabra which I love. The sound quality is amazing, and they just make life easy when I’m on the go. I take most of my phone meetings when I’m out because I can’t sit still while on the phone, so I genuinely can’t leave my home without headphones. These ones are available at Best Buy.

Audible

So back when I had a full-time job, I’d have to take the subway to work. It was then that I figured out I could go through like 4 books a month. Now I listen to all my booked on Audible while walking from place to place. Why waste time when you could be learning something valuable?

Midday Squares

Okay so there’d be days where I’d be out for hours at a stretch and completely forget to eat. Then I’d come home around dinner time and eat everything I laid my eyes on and feel really bloated and gross after. The best way to combat this is have a healthy snack on hand. That way, I’m not inhaling food when I come home, nor do I have to stop to get food if I’m in the middle of meetings. My current go-to is Midday Squares – they’re filling, nutritious and taste like actual fudge.
